Who we are

Showcase20 is operated by LDH Advisors, LLC (dba Showcase20), located in Richmond, Texas. Showcase20 is part of the Stratica20 family of products.

What we collect from our customers

• Account information you give us, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and password (stored only in scrambled form).
• Company information, such as your company name, website, phone, logo and brand color. When you enter your website, we read its public home page to find your logo and colors.
• The photos, PDFs, captions, notes and other content you add to your showcases.
• Basic usage information needed to run the service, such as when you sign in and which showcases you create or send.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we collect from people who view a showcase

When a customer shares a showcase, the people who open it are that customer's clients. For them we collect:

• The email address they type to open a private showcase, or the email address the showcase was sent to.
• When they open it and the type of browser they use, so the presenter knows it was viewed.
• Anything they choose to send through the response button, such as their name, email, phone number and message.

This information is shared with the business that sent the showcase, because that is the point of the service. We do not use it for our own marketing.

How we use information

• To run Showcase20: storing your showcases, cleaning up photos, naming the items in them, and showing them to the people you share them with.
• To send the emails the service depends on, such as open alerts, client responses, team invites and password resets.
• To bill your subscription and keep your account in good standing.
• To answer support requests and keep the service secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Photos and artificial intelligence

When you add a photo, Showcase20 uses an AI service to find and blur or remove people, sharpen the image, and suggest a caption and item names. Only the photo being processed is sent, over an encrypted connection. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload and for checking the AI's captions before you share them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the service needs to work: one to keep you signed in, one that lets a client back into a private showcase, and one that keeps a single viewer from being counted as many opens. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers solely to operate Showcase20:

• Abacus.AI, for hosting, AI photo processing and email delivery. Its platform runs on Amazon Web Services.
• Stripe, for subscription billing.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

How long we keep information

Your showcases and photos stay in your account until you delete them. A deleted showcase stops working right away, and a deleted photo is removed from storage. If you close your account, we delete your data on request.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, scrambled passwords, private file storage and strict separation between companies. See our Security page for details.

Your choices and rights

You can view and change your account and company information in Settings at any time. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Clients who viewed a showcase can make the same request, and we will work with the business that sent it.

Children

Showcase20 is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let customers know by email or in the app.
