Terms of Service

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and LDH Advisors, LLC (dba Showcase20) (“Showcase20,” “we” or “us”). By creating an account or using Showcase20, you agree to them. If you use Showcase20 for a company, you agree for that company too. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Showcase20 lets you turn photos and files into branded online showcases, share them by link, email, QR code or email blast, and see when they are opened.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the activity of team members you invite.

Free trial, subscription and billing

  • New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your card is charged.
  • Plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • The Team plan includes 5 people. Each additional person is billed monthly, and changes are prorated.
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for partial months.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause your account, and your shared links may stop working until it is fixed.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. The new price applies at your next renewal.

Your content

You own the photos, files and text you add. You give us permission to store, process, display and send that content only as needed to run Showcase20 for you, including showing it to the people you share it with.

You are responsible for your content. That means having the right to use every photo and file, getting any consent needed from people who appear in your photos, and making sure your showcases are accurate.

AI features

Showcase20 uses AI to blur or remove people, improve photos, and suggest captions and item names. AI can make mistakes. Please review captions, item names and photos before you share them. We are not responsible for errors in AI suggestions that you send to others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Showcase20 to:

  • Share anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Send spam, or email people who have not agreed to hear from you. Email blasts must follow anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, including an unsubscribe option in your email system.
  • Pretend to be another business or person.
  • Interfere with the service, try to get into other accounts, or copy the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Showcase20 link

Showcases and email blast blocks include a small “Powered by Showcase20” or “Made with Showcase20” link.

Our property

Showcase20, Stratica20, Inventra20 and related names, logos and software belong to LDH Advisors, LLC. These terms do not give you any rights to them except the right to use the service.

Disclaimers

Showcase20 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LDH Advisors, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Showcase20 and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms or do not pay. After your account ends, your shared links stop working, and we may delete your content after 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date above and let customers know. Continuing to use Showcase20 after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
